Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FoundersDesk ZA handles personal information, in line with POPIA. We have deliberately built the service to collect as little as possible.

Your company details stay in your browser

The company information you type into the document generator (name, registration number, address, and so on) is processed entirely in your own browser to create your documents. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. If you clear your browser storage, it is gone.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. When you pay, Paystack handles your card and contact details under its own privacy terms. We receive only a transaction reference and confirmation of whether the payment succeeded — never your card number.

Email you send us

If you email us for support, the partner programme or an attorney review, we use that information only to respond to you. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Analytics & cookies

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted, and you may complain to the Information Regulator. Contact us at hello@foundersdesk.co.za.
